Storage & Delivery
All cuts arrive individually vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates. The box is an insulated box with ice packs to keep everything fresh in transit. It can be put in the fridge to defrost for immediate use, or the duration of its use by date for longer frozen storage. Should a particular cut or breed of venison not be available we will substitute it with a similar option or an alternative variety e.g. Muntjac for Roe etc.
