Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on all items with the exception of items listed below under 'exceptions/non-returnable ', which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with intact labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@walsingham.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Walsingham Farms Shop, Guild Street, Walsingham, NR22 6BU.
If your return is accepted, you will need to arrange return shipping via your preferred courier. Tracking information will need to be sent via email once the item/s have been sent. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not accept the delivery before checking your delivery. Should you have any concerns due to defective or damaged items or packaging please reject the delivery and contact us via email at info@walsingham.co.
Courier/postal information
Where deliveries are delayed due to courier issues, contact must be made with the courier via the tracking information provided or by contacting them directly. We ask that you guarantee you are available to accept your delivery on the delivery date provided by the courier via the tracking information provided. We do not accept any liability for any orders that are left at properties, alternative locations or returned to the couriers depot due to customers being unavailable to accept their deliveries. All orders due for delivery between 15th December and 2nd January are subject to possible courier disruption and are placed at the customers own risk. No guarantees, refunds or returns/replacements will be accepted or processed for ALL orders due for delivery between these dates.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for any food items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
