Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We use multiple carriers to post orders on either 24hr or 48hr delivery options. These include but are not limited to: Parcelforce UK and Royal Mail. During peak seasonal periods delays due to courier demand may apply. In this instance we advise you contact the courier directly for the most up to date information. Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions we aren't able to guarantee an exact time for delivery.
Where you are able to select a date for your delivery within your basket/cart we endeavour to get your delivery to the shipping address on that day. However, there may be delays with the courier or circumstances out of our control that may mean the delivery arrives late or on an alternative day - please be aware of this when buying for special occasions/dates.
ALL chilled deliveries require a signature and/or to be received by someone at the delivery address. Alternative delivery instructions do not apply to ALL chilled/perishable deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to receive/accept your delivery on the suggested delivery date within the tracking information.

Local delivery
We don't currently offer local delivery as an option.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop in Little Walsingham. After placing your order and selecting local pickup and the date and time slot at cart/basket, you will also need to confirm the pick up option at checkout. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 4pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come and a valid ID.
Christmas Deliveries
We take no responsibility for any delays, missed or alternative delivery dates and parcels that are returned to depot or left at alternative locations on ALL Christmas deliveries between 15th December - 2nd January. When using the date selector at the cart/basket this is used for a guide and estimated delivery date only. Depending on courier demand and/or operating days/hours this date may change at late notice. Please check your tracking number with the couriers website for up to date tracking information.
ALL Christmas deliveries will require the customer to receive/sign for their parcel in person. Alternative delivery instructions can not be applied to any Christmas or chilled parcel.
Chilled deliveries selected for 19th December - 25th December are ALL subject to a priority delivery charge as we use a higher priority delivery service (Royal Mail/Parcelforce next day AM) to ensure your chilled delivery arrives in good time.
Delivery Unavailability
Currently we do not post orders from 24th December - 2nd January due to operational and stock restraints unless ordered as a Christmas order.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@walsingham.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not currently offer shipping to P.O boxes.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery with the exception of food and perishable items, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@walsingham.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Should you receive a delivery with damaged packaging we advise you to reject the delivery so it returns to us directly, without the need to return the items yourself. We address refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Unfortunately, we do not accept any liability for deliveries that are left at 'safe' locations or left at the couriers depot or another location due to someone being unavailable to accept the delivery at the point delivery is attempted.
