Truefoods Beef Gravy

This hearty and comforting beef gravy by Truefoods is crafted by infusing roasted beef bones with the finest reduced beef stock. Created with specially selected, natural ingredients, it's free from artificial colours, flavours, and added salt.

Ingredients:

Beef stock (82%) (spring water, beef bones, chicken bones, calves feet, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), roasted beef bone infusion (16%), cornflour, beef, redcurrant jelly (redcurrant juice, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate).

Directions for Cooking 250g:

Hob (4-5 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.


Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Shelf Life:

This product has a minimum 5 days shelf life and is freezer safe for 1 year.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase/delivery and use within one year. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.
