Hand-crated at Belton Farm in Whitchurch, Shropshire by a family stretching back three generations, who pride themselves on their provenance, professionalism and passion for making the very best cheese!  Using the very best locally sourced ingredients, the milk comes from a dedicated group of local dairy farmers who pride themselves on the quality of their grass-fed milk, along with the health and welfare of their cows. Belton Farm also sources the salt used in the cheese-making from the historic Cheshire salt mines.
