Ceylon tea's flavour is influenced by the elevation where it's grown, this combination is a mix of tea from two areas: 

Low-Grown: known for full-bodied and rich flavour ideal for breakfast blends, and High-Grown: known for being light and delicate, often prized for afternoon teas.

100°c boiling water is best!
