Crafted using the revered Great British Classic Method, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, enhancing its depth. Aged for 18 months on the lees, it exudes subtle brioche notes, adding a sophisticated touch.

Perfect as an aperitif, this sparkling rosé also harmonizes beautifully with canapés, and patés, or pairs exquisitely with a selection of summer fruits. Handcrafted from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier, meticulously grown and harvested at Chet Valley Vineyard.
