Black Shuck Gin was created by Patrick and Sarah Saunders in North Norfolk, inspired by the legendary Black Shuck, a ghostly black dog said to roam the region. The family-run business began in 2011 with the creation of Sloe Gin, It was on Boxing Day 2011 that Patrick and Sarah together with Patrick’s father and step-mother, Malcolm and Shirley, settled down to sample each of the 15 different trials to identify the best recipe. 

The brand's distinctive approach has been driven by a passion for Norfolk’s local heritage and ingredients. With the business growing, the Saunders family expanded their offerings to include a variety of spirits like rums, vodkas, and liqueurs. Black Shuck Gin has quickly become a favourite for gin lovers, capturing the essence of Norfolk in every bottle

Black Shuck Blush is subtle and sophisticated.  It’s beautiful colour and enchanting flavours have been created naturally through the infusion of real fruits and botanicals including Rhubarb, Strawberry, Angelica root, Juniper and Cassia

Serving suggestion:

Pair with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with slices of fresh strawberries.
