Milk, onions, sourdough crumbs (14%) (white flour [wheat gluten], water, rye flour [wheat gluten], salt), butter (milk), whipping cream (milk), cloves, salt, black peppercorns, ground nutmeg, bay leaves.

Directions for Cooking 250g:
Hob (5-6 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.
Microwave (3-4 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure the sauce is piping hot. Serve immediately.
CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
Shelf Life:
This product has a minimum 5-day shelf life and is freezer-safe for 1 year.
Keep refrigerated below 5 ∞C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase/delivery and use within one year. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.
