Truefoods Lamb Gravy

Aromatic and refined, Truefoods reduce their finest lamb stock with rosemary, fresh mint and a dash of ruby port to create our rich lamb gravy. Made with specially selected ingredients. Free from artificial colours and flavours.

Ingredients:

Lamb stock (81%)(spring water, lamb bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, rosemary, black peppercorns, bay leaves, roasted lamb bones), port (6%)(ruby port, preservative [sulphur dioxide]), red wine (6%)(red wine, potassium metabisulphite), cornflour, redcurrant jelly (redcurrant juice, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate), whole fresh mint, rosemary, red wine vinegar (wine vinegar, preservative [sulphur dioxide]), mint, salt.

Directions for Cooking 250g:

Hob (4-5 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure the gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Shelf Life:

This product has a minimum 5-day shelf life and is freezer safe for 1 year.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase/delivery and use within one year. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.
