 Cauliflower, Cheese (MILK), Cream (BUTTERMILK, Vegetable Oil (Fully Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm), Modified Corn Starch, Emulsifier (Sucrose Esters Of Fatty Acids, Mono And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids), SOYA Lecithin, BUTTERMILK Powder, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum)), MILK,) Butter (MILK, Salt) Flour (WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate (E170), Iron, Nicotinamide (Vit B3), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vit B1)), MUSTARD flour, Salt, Pepper, Chives, Parsley.

Cooking Instructions:

Defrost before cooking. Remove lid. Cover with foil. Cook 160°C for 15-20mins ensure piping hot.

Best before & Care:

Products will need to be kept frozen and used by the use by/best before date printed on the label. 
Prepared meal will need to be defrosted and heated thoroughly throughout. 
Once defrosted do not refreeze.
Once defrosted meal must be heated. Product must be consumed within 48 hours of being defrosted.
