Today’s homemade ready-prepared meals combine the traditional art of home cooking with modern convenience, offering the comfort of a freshly made dish without the time-consuming prep.

A Rustic Vegetable Pasta Bake is a hearty, wholesome dish packed with flavour and goodness. It combines roasted vegetables like courgettes, peppers, tomatoes, and onions with pasta in a rich tomato sauce, topped with bubbling melted cheese. Baked until golden and delicious, it’s the perfect fuss-free meal— feeding the family, or prepping ahead for busy days. 

Today in our deli we use onions, tomatoes and red peppers, aubergines and more, herbs and spices to make a satisfying rice sauce.

Serve with:

A side of garlic bread or a crisp salad for a filling, comforting dinner.

Cooking Instructions:

Place defrosted product on a tray, remove lid and cover container with foil. 
Place in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 160°. Remove foil after 20 minutes for a brown crispy top.
Check core temperature is 75° or more before serving.

Best before & Care:

Products will need to be kept frozen and used by the use by date printed on the label. 
Prepared meal will need to be defrosted and heated thoroughly throughout. 
Once defrosted do not refreeze.
Once defrosted heat and eat within 48 hours.
