Our Ham, Leek & Mustard Pasta Bake is pure comfort in a dish! Creamy, cheesy, and packed with tender ham, sweet leeks, and a hint of mustard for a little kick—it’s the perfect easy meal for busy nights. Just pop it in the oven and let all those flavours come together for a deliciously hearty dinner. Great for feeding the family or enjoying leftovers the next day.

Today in our deli we use Norfolk gammon ham, mature cheddar and fresh leeks, a homemade white sauce and a little dash of love!

Serve with:

A crisp side salad, garlic bread or something easy and simple like broccoli and peas.

Durum WHEAT Pasta (Durum WHEAT Semolina, Water), Butter (MILK, Salt), MILK, Flour (WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate (E170), Iron, Nicotinamide (Vit b3), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vit b1))), Cream (BUTTERMILK, Vegetable Oil (Fully Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Palm), Modified Corn Starch, Emulsifiers (Sucrose Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), SOYA Lecithin, BUTTERMILK Powder, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Locust bean Gum)) Onions, Cheese (MILK), Leeks, Ham, Maize Starch, Wholegrain MUSTARD (Water, Vinegar, MUSTARD Seed, Honey, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Tarragon) Salt, Pepper, Thyme.

Cooking Instructions:

Place defrosted product on a tray, remove lid and cover container with foil. 
Place in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 160°. Remove foil after 20 minutes for a brown crispy top
Check core temperature is 75° or more before serving.

Best before & Care:

Products will need to be kept frozen and used by the use by date printed on the label. 
Prepared meal will need to be defrosted and heated thoroughly throughout. 
Once defrosted do not refreeze.
Once defrosted heat and eat within 48 hours.
