Kaltbach Cave Aged Gruyere

Kaltbach cave-aged Swiss Gruyère is matured for 12 months to develop a stronger flavour and aroma. Gruyère is a very famous, well-known cheese, and thanks to the AOC standards accredited to the cheese, it is only allowed to be produced in Switzerland.
