Keema curry is a fragrant and comforting dish with roots in South Asian cuisine, particularly in India and Pakistan. The word "keema" refers to minced meat, which is slow-cooked with a blend of warming spices, tomatoes, and onions, creating a rich and flavourful dish. Our version is made even more indulgent with the addition of creamy coconut, which balances the spice and adds a subtle sweetness.

This dish is packed with deep, aromatic flavours from garam masala, cumin, and coriander, while the coconut milk gives it a luscious texture. It’s a versatile meal that can be served with rice, naan, or even spooned over a baked potato for a hearty twist.

Ingredients:

Beef, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coconut Milk,  Tomatoes, Peas, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Cumin, Cayenne, Ground Coriander, Ground Fenugreek, Sugar, Coconut, Coriander, Salt.

Serve with rice and/or Naan bread.

Cooking Instructions:

Place defrosted product on a tray, remove lid and cover container with foil. 
Place in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 160°.
Check core temperature is 75° or more before serving.

Best before & Care:

Products will need to be kept frozen and used by the use by date printed on the label. 
Prepared meal will need to be defrosted and heated thoroughly throughout. 
Once defrosted do not refreeze.
Once defrosted heat and eat within 48 hours.
