We use only hard trimmed ‘leg’ meat, rather than ‘shoulder’ and ‘belly’ cuts that contain a lot of sinew, resulting in a product that is not only delicious but easy to eat. With just 15% fat, our salami is a healthier option compared to traditional salami that can contain between 30 and 60% fat.
