Truefoods Morello Cherry Sauce

Ingredients:
Reduced chicken stock (spring water, chicken bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato puree, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), red wine (red wine, potassium metabisulphite), morello cherry puree (11%) (morello cherries, pure cane sugar), dry sour cherries (5%), onions, button mushrooms, whipping cream (milk), chicken fat, cornflour, cherry vinegar (spirit vinegar, sugar, cherries), salt, juniper berries, cracked black pepper.

Directions for Cooking 250g:
Hob (4-5 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.
Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure the sauce is piping hot. Serve immediately.
CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
Shelf Life:
This product has a minimum 5-day shelf life and is freezer-safe for 1 year.
Keep refrigerated below 5 ∞C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase/delivery and use within one year. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.
