Great Snoring Quail - pickled quails' eggs from David Perowne, tenant farmer on the Walsingham Estate, based at Top Farm, Great Snoring just a few miles from our door step. David's family are the fifth-generation, with the family farming on the estate since 1847.
David is an expert egg producer and more recently has ventured into quail. All of which we are proud to stock in our farm shop.
David's newest product range includes these excellent pickled eggs, which are pickled on the farm to an exacting recipe.
Enjoy three wonderful flavours:
Original - Delicate and soft eggs with traditional pickling liquor.
'With a little chilli' - The same pickling liquid as the original with some fresh birds eye chillies, for an extra kick!
Saffron - Tangy pickling liquid with the extra special aromatic flavour of saffron. Producing a golden and extra tasty pickled quails egg.

Quails eggs (EGG), White Wine Vinegar (SULPHITES), (chilli or saffron - for the flavoured variations)
