Ferndale's Norfolk Pinkfoot Cheese


Introducing Norfolk Pinkfoot, the new addition to Ferndale Dairy's lineup. Made with excellent whole raw cows' milk from Abbey Farm Dairy in Binham, this cheese has a crumbly texture and tangy flavour, achieved by a slow acidification process lasting over 12 hours. Matured for a minimum of two months in cloth bandages, Norfolk Pinkfoot's attractive orange color makes it a standout addition to any cheeseboard or delicatessen. Perfect for picnics or paired with simple foods, this cheese is definitely worth trying for its unique taste.
