Hand-selected grapes are given a gentle pressing followed by a slow fermentation in stainless-steel tanks to retain their fresh and lively character. The resulting wine is well-balanced with a delicate floral nose and citrus fruits - a harmonious finish. Serve well-chilled as an aperitif or enjoy with lighter-style foods.
