The Original Cake Company is run by two talented bakers, Simon and Karol. Simon has traveled around the world, picking up unique experiences in the food industry to turn his dream of owning a bakery into reality. As for Karol, he moved to the UK from Poland in 2009 and worked his way up through the ranks at The Original Cake Company. He eventually became co-owner with Simon. Together, they've combined their skills and passion to create a bakery that everyone can enjoy!
