Cole's Puddings was originally established as A.J. Cole in Essex in 1939. Albert Cole, using his great-grandmother's recipe book, created a range of puddings and cakes. Fifty years later, his son, Chris, expanded the business into Cole's Traditional Foods and relocated to a custom-built craft bakery in the village of Great Chester-ford. In 2010, Cole's became part of the Wilkin & Sons Ltd family of businesses. Over those eighty years, the company has built a reputation for crafting some of the most delicious Christmas puddings available. By using the finest ingredients, classic recipes, and traditional methods, Cole's Puddings delivers a home-made taste that customers love, thanks to the care and attention of their skilled team.
