Definitions

The “COMPANY” refers to ‘Walsingham Farms Shop Partnership’.
The “BUYER” refers to the purchaser of goods and services.

Summary

The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.

Payment

Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.

Prices

Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision.

VAT

The Company’s price list includes UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate except on those goods that are zero rated or exempt from VAT charges (e.g. books and certain foods). Overseas customers do not pay UK sales tax (VAT) unless they reside in a European community, E. C. country. I.E. Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Eire, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Greece etc. EC businesses registered for VAT are exempt from paying vat providing they can provide their vat registration number (with country code). Proof of identity will also be required.

The order total shown at checkout includes UK sales tax (VAT).  Deliveries will include a VAT invoice.

Liability

The Company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The Company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We are committed to complete customer satisfaction, and hope that you will become a long term customer and recommend us to your friends. If you are not happy with your order in any way please inform us immediately by email or telephone. Any issues will be promptly resolved wherever possible. However, please do not sign for or accept any delivery until you are completely satisfied with the contents of the parcel. By accepting the parcel from the courier you will accept liability and acknowledge that the goods are in good condition and you are satisfied with the contents. No refunds will be authorised for deliveries where the parcel has to be left in a safe place or where the occupier is unable to accept the delivery.

Given the perishable nature of our product we will normally not ask you to return any items unless there is a food safety issue that we need to investigate.

Cancellations

The Buyer may cancel any order for goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.

Minimum age

Where goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer will be asked, when placing an order, to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase those goods.

If the Company discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain goods, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.

THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
