The Norfolk Coffee Co are a family-run coffee roastery located in a traditional 500-year-old barn in Salle, Norfolk. All of their coffees are ethically sourced from small farmers and producers. They carefully hand roast their coffee in a Giesen roaster, affectionately known as Sally.
NCC is pleased to bring this lovely limited Edition coffee to the UK, Ernandes Pereira, is a young farmer based in Bonito in the state of Bahia. He says: "I love what I do and I do it with great dedication to make the result amazing. Since I decided to enter in this business I never thought of leaving it and I have been investing in improving my coffee every day."
