Ingredients: Free-range pork 96.2%, salt, mixed herbs, garlic powder, preservative (sodium nitrite). Gluten, wheat, and lactose-free.

140g of pork is used to produce 100g of finished salami. This product may have a white surface - a residue that is natural and harmless.
