Ginger & Juice - Spicy Vegetable Chutney
A bounty of late summer vegetables makes up this early autumn chutney. Each batch is left to mellow for a month, the result is a warming jar of piquant chutney. Delicious with cheese, but particularly a soft goats cheese.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, granulated sugar, malt vinegar, peppers, onions, courgette, aubergine, chilli, root ginger, garlic, paprika, mustard seeds, salt and black pepper.
