Our award winning butchery made pork sausages are well know across Norfolk. Having been entered into numerous local competitions we are proud to display our award certificates in our butchery. Our sausages are always a sell out at our co-hosted and Norfolk’s only sausage festival, ‘The Big Norfolk Sausage Bash’.
Our sausages are all made, mixed and tied by hand using natural hog casings. All of them are made with top quality Norfolk pork, much of which comes from Tim Allen, South Creake, the best pig farmer in Norfolk!
All our recipes have been developed and tweaked over time for maximum flavour. We use a medium-course grind to ensure a meaty texture. And we use 80% lean pork and 20% fatty pork in all our sausages for ultimate flavour and indulgence.
Walsingham Traditional Pork Sausage
Nothing plain and boring about our traditional sausage. Made to a specific spice blend of salt, black pepper and mace our traditional sausage has a really meaty pork flavour.
Available in packs of 6. Approximately 400g per pack.
We recommend you cook our sausages in the oven, on 180c until golden brown for best, even, cooking. They are also great pan fried or on the BBQ!
