Copy’s Green Farm is a leading player in terms of responsible & sustainable farming. Cheese production is fueled by energy created on the farm using biomass technology.
The Cheese
Walsinghamn is an artisan pasteurised cows milk cheese The cheese is pressed and matured, with a crumbly texture and has been described as a cross between Wensleydale and Cheddar.
