Mrs Temples is the business name for Catherine Temple of Copy’s Green Farm at Wighton, Norfolk. One of our closest and dearest suppliers. Her cheese is one of our top sellers year on year.
Copy’s Green Farm is a leading player in terms of responsible & sustainable farming. Cheese production is fueled by energy created on the farm using biomass technology.
The Cheese
Mrs Temples Gurney’s Gold an award-winning cheese which is a semi-soft pasteurised cows’ milk cheese, which is washed twice weekly for several weeks to promote the development of a golden rind, similar to peach skin. Gurney Gold is similar to the French Reblochon or Italian Tallegio.
