Mrs Temples is the business name for Catherine Temple of Copy’s Green Farm at Wighton, Norfolk. One of our closest and dearest suppliers. Her cheese is one of our top sellers year on year.
Copy’s Green Farm is a leading player in terms of responsible & sustainable farming. Cheese production is fueled by energy created on the farm using biomass technology.
The Cheese
Mrs Temples Copys Cloud is made from the milk of Brown Swiss cows. In appearance it could be mistaken for a Brie, Copy’s Cloud is a soft bloomy, brie-style cheese. A cows milk cheese, with a subtle flavour.
