Mrs Temples is the business name for Catherine Temple of Copy’s Green Farm at Wighton, Norfolk. One of our closest and dearest suppliers. Her cheese is one of our top sellers year on year.
Copy’s Green Farm is a leading player in terms of responsible & sustainable farming. Cheese production is fueled by energy created on the farm using biomass technology.
The Cheese
Mrs Temples Binham Blue produces a natural crust and is full flavoured and creamy textured with a good bite on the finish with a typical blue richness. An award winning cheese that is famous across East Anglia.
